Delivery charges

Postage and/or delivery fees are $5.00 for orders up to the value of $5.00, $6.95 for orders from $5.00 up to the value of $12 and $10.95 for orders over $12 Australia wide. Orders are delivered via Australia Post or Courier Service. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.

Local pick-up by arrangement only.

I do not ship internationally.

I accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards  I accept Mastercard, Visa and direct deposit via our secure payment processor Paypal. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to utilize paypal for payments via Mastercard or Visa.

 Direct deposit  Banking details will be supplied via our confirmation email.Please include your name and order reference (which you will receive via our comfirmation email).

 Cheque (bank/personal) and Money order Please make all cheques and money orders payable to:

Please note that if payment is not received within 5 business days of placing order, the order will be cancelled

Returns and exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with anything you buy from me simply return it within 7 days of receipt of the product for an exchange or credit  to be used in my store within 12 months.

The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.  

Shipping charges are non refundable    

A 5% restocking fee may be charged                     

All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the customers expense.    

 Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning the goods. Please contact us me you wish to return a product, please include detailed explanation of reason for return. Please be aware that I do not accept returns based on a change in your purchase decision.

Lost or Damaged Goods

 We can only guarantee the condition of the goods until they leave our premises. Whilst we will take all reasonable steps to ensure fragile items are packed safely and securely, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels, once they have left our premises.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery with damaged items, you will need to liase directly with Australia Post.

We will not be held liable for any further damages as a result of you receiving a damaged delivery.

If you have not received an order that you have paid for, please contact us, so we can attempt provide you with the relevant information required to track your delivery.

We accept no responsibility for any parcel once it has left our premises.
